• Use automation.
• Exploit bugs.
• Commit fraud.
• Abuse surveys.
• Abuse offerwalls.

Violations may result in permanent suspension.

9. Real World Trading

The following are prohibited:

• Selling FortBux currency.
• Buying FortBux currency from other users.
• Trading currency for money.
• Trading currency for cryptocurrency.
• Trading rewards for compensation.
• Using third-party marketplaces.

Any attempt at Real World Trading (RWT) may result in immediate termination.

10. Giveaways

FortBux may host promotional giveaways. Eligibility, duration, prizes, and winners are determined solely by FortBux. FortBux reserves the right to modify or cancel giveaways.

11. Refunds

Because purchases provide immediately usable virtual entertainment currency, purchases are generally final. Refund requests are reviewed at FortBux‘s discretion and may be denied where virtual currency has been used or fraud is suspected. Chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension.

12. Intellectual Property

FortBux owns its platform, branding, graphics, and software. Fortnite, Epic Games, and all related intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. FortBux is not affiliated with Epic Games.

13. Limitation of Liability

FortBux is provided “as is.“

We are not responsible for:

• Downtime.
• Gifting delays.
• Epic Games outages.
• Item Shop changes.
• Lost profits.
• Indirect damages.

14. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations including:

• Fraud.
• Chargebacks.
• Abuse.
• Exploits.
• RWT.
• Survey fraud.
• Harassment.

Termination decisions are final.

15. Changes

FortBux may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
